Announcement of the ministry of labour and social security
The Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance informs that in the context of a recent amendment to the Law on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions, a Decree has been issued by the Minister of Labor and Social Insurance on 19/12/2024.
According to the Decree every Employer (Legal or Natural Person) must, during the period between 2/1/2025 – 28/2/2025, register in the ERGANI computerized system all their current employees, also recording basic terms of employment as provided by the relevant Law.
In addition, the employers should also record to ERGANI system, for each employee, the place of work, the duties, the date of employment start, the remuneration, any allowances or other benefits (in detail), the working hours and the days.
To assist users during the registration process there would be a relevant guidance information which will be displayed in the Ergani System.
In addition, it is noted that, employers with a large number of employees, it is possible to use excel and xml files.
